We are presently seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with extensive community experience who is eager to embrace a new professional challenge.

A Day in the Life of an RMN:

As a mental health nurse specialising in community care, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential services to our patients:

• Conducting home visits to ensure patients' needs are comprehensively addressed.
• Dispensing medications according to prescribed schedules to manage patients' conditions effectively.
• Engaging with patients to understand their conditions thoroughly, facilitating optimal support and monitoring progress.
• Conducting risk assessments as necessary to maintain the safety and well-being of patients and those around them throughout their treatment journey.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a mental health nurse.
• Demonstrated experience in community nursing or related fields.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Dedication to delivering high-quality care and support to our patients.
