Community Nurse - Band 5
Location: Westminster, London
Start Date: Immediate (ASAP)
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:45 PM
Contract Duration: Initially 3 months, with potential for extension
Hourly Rate: £21.78 - £23.00
About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting clinically robust mental health assessments, care planning, and risk assessments.
- Managing diabetes, including insulin administration and other diabetes-related tasks.
- Expertise in leg ulcer management.
- Proficiency in PEG feeding and medication administration.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Extensive experience in community nursing, particularly with adults facing emotional wellbeing and mental health challenges.
- Strong clinical skills in diabetes management, compression therapy, and PEG feeding.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
