A Day in the Life of an RMN: In this role specialising in community mental health, your responsibilities include:

• Conducting visits to patients on a ward to ensure their needs are met.
• Administering medication at scheduled times for patients' treatment.
• Engaging with patients to understand their conditions, facilitating efficient assistance, and monitoring progress.
• Conducting risk assessments when necessary to ensure a safe environment for patients during treatment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be eligible for this role, you should have:

• Active registration through the NMC as a mental health nurse.
• Proven community experience.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Dedication to delivering high-quality patient care.

Working Hours and Contract Duration: This position entails a 5-day work week, from 9 am to 5 pm. The initial contract is for a minimum of 3 months, with the potential for ongoing engagement.
