Day-to-Day Responsibilities: As an RMN specializing in community mental health, you'll play a crucial role in caring for older adult patients by:

• Conducting regular visits to check on patients' well-being.
• Administering medication as prescribed.
• Engaging with patients to understand their conditions and monitoring progress.
• Conducting risk assessments to ensure a safe treatment environment.

Requirements:

• Active NMC registration as a mental health nurse.
• Previous community experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
