Job Title: Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) - Early Intervention Team

Rate: £25.50 per hour

Are you a dedicated Community Psychiatric Nurse seeking an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in mental health care? Our Early Intervention Team in Warwickshire is currently recruiting a Band 6 CPN to join our passionate team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Duty: Provide essential support, including crisis intervention and risk assessment, to individuals accessing our services.

  • Triage Referrals: Efficiently assess and prioritize referrals, ensuring timely access to appropriate interventions and resources.

  • Assessments: Conduct thorough mental health assessments, develop individualized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions in collaboration with service users and their families.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
  • Previous experience working in a community mental health setting, preferably within an early intervention team.

  • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing person-centered care and promoting recovery.
