Community RGN - Band 5 role

Hunter MH are currently searching for experienced, passionate and committed Band 5 Community Registered Nurse’s for full-time and part time positions  (37.5 Hours, Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5).

We work with an outstanding range of NHS service within Cambridge. 

You will work as a part of a multidisciplinary team, providing nursing care to patients suffering from a wide variety of medical conditions and illnesses, supporting in their treatment, recovery, and well-being.

Job Details

• Band 5 Community NursePAY: £21-£23 - Weekdays/ £30 - Saturday / £37 Sunday/BH
• Location: Cambridge City North area but could crossover across Cambridge if required.
• Dates: As soon as possible  
• Days: Ideally Mon-Friday but could also cover weekends
• Hours: 37.5 per week    

Job Description/ Duties  

•    DBS adults required.
•    Provide nursing care to housebound patients in own home or residential setting.
•    Assessment and care-planning
•    Wound care (simple/complex)
•    Compression
•    Medication management
•    Catheter care
•    EOL care
•    Drain management
