Position: Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse Location: Essex

Duration: 3 - 6 months Schedule: Monday to Friday Start Date: ASAP Rate of Pay: £25.00 P/h Umbrella

A Day in the Life of a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse:

As a Band 6 CPN, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional healthcare services. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough multi-disciplinary assessments of patients' mental health conditions.
• Developing and implementing personalized care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Administering necessary treatments with a focus on evidence-based practices.
• Collaborating seamlessly with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with professional standards.
• Staying informed about the latest advancements and best practices in the field of mental health.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Current and valid registration with the NMC as a Band 6 CPN.
• Proven experience in a Band 6 community psychiatric nursing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
• Must be a car driver.
