Band 5 Community Nurse – Oxfordshire

Hunter Gatherer AHP are currently working with a fantastic NHS trust in Oxfordshire who are currently in need of an experienced and qualified RGN to work in their community team.

Job Title: Band 5Registered Community Nurse  

Trust Location: Oxfordshire, U.K

Pay Rates: £23-£28

Shift Patterns: Monday – Friday (8:30- 5pm)

Requirements: Right to work and valid NWC Pin

Job Role:

• Assess and monitor patient conditions.

• Check symptoms and vital signs and arrange diagnostic tests.

• Recognise, respond to, and manage emergency situations.

• Plan, deliver and evaluate standards of evidence-based nursing care.

The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.

You’ll need to have the following qualification/experience:

• A minimum of 6 months experience in a community nursing setting.

• Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.

•  Dedicated, conscientious individual with a passion to make a genuine difference.

• Has the right to work in the UK and does not require a sponsorship.
