We are seeking a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) with a background in mental health nursing for a position in Sutton.

Here are the key details:

• Position: CPN
• Grade: Band 6
• Location: Sutton
• Duration: Initially 3 months ongoing
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
• Start date: ASAP
• Hourly rate: £30

Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll play a crucial role in providing care to patients in the community:

• Conducting regular visits to ensure patients' needs are met
• Administering medication according to prescribed schedules
• Engaging with patients to understand their conditions and monitor progress
• Conducting risk assessments to maintain patient safety

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be considered, candidates must have:

• Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a mental health nurse
• Demonstrated experience in community settings
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle pressure
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively
• Dedication to delivering high-quality patient care
