Your Role as a Community Psychiatric Nurse:

• Patient Visits: Regularly visiting patients in the community to ensure their needs are met and their care plans are followed.

• Risk Assessments: Conducting assessments to ensure patient safety, identifying any risks, and creating a secure environment for their treatment.

• Qualifications: Active NMC registration as a mental health nurse.
• Experience: Proven community experience in a similar role.
