• Duration: Initial 3-month contract (ongoing)
• Schedule: Day shifts - Full time 
• Start Date: Immediate
• Hourly Rate: £23 - £25 (dependent on experience)

Day in the Life of an RMN: As a dedicated mental health professional focused on community care, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular visits to patients in their homes, ensuring their holistic needs are met.
• Administering medications according to prescribed schedules, prioritizing patient well-being.
• Engaging with patients to understand their unique circumstances, tailoring support accordingly, and monitoring progress.
• Conducting thorough risk assessments to ensure patient safety and well-being throughout their treatment journey.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Active registration with the NMC as a mental health nurse.
• Demonstrated experience in community settings.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
