Day in the Life: As an RMN specialising in the community, you play a crucial role in caring for adult patients. Your day includes:

• Visiting patients in the community to ensure their needs are met
• Administering medication at scheduled times
• Conversations with patients to understand their conditions and provide efficient support
• Conducting risk assessments for patient safety

Requirements:

• Active NMC registration as a mental health nurse
• Proven community experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Teamwork and solo work capabilities
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
