Band 7 CAMHS Learning Disability Team Lead
Location: West Midlands
Salary: £30 per hour
Employment Type: Full-time (Part-time may be considered)
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Band 7 CAMHS Learning Disability Team Lead to join our dynamic team in the West Midlands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a dedicated team of professionals providing specialist CAMHS services to children and adolescents with learning disabilities.
- Caseload Management: Carry a caseload, delivering personalized and high-quality care to young people with learning disabilities.
- Care Coordination: Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive care plans, ensuring coordinated and effective service delivery.
- Clinical Supervision: Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth and high standards of care.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other health and social care professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
Essential Requirements:
- Professional Registration: Must hold a valid professional registration (e.g., NMC, SWE).
- Experience: Significant experience in a similar role within CAMHS and/or learning disabilities services.
- Driving License: Must be a car driver with access to a vehicle for work purposes.
