We're currently seeking a dedicated Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join our team in London. This role presents an ongoing challenge for those with a penchant for community care.

• Band: 7
• Location: London
• Duration: 3 months (ongoing)
• Schedule: Full-time, day shifts
• Start Date: Immediate
• Rate of Pay: £30 per hour

Within this role, you'll play a pivotal part in patient care, including:

• Conducting home visits to ensure comprehensive patient care and well-being.
• Administering medication promptly and efficiently as prescribed.
• Demonstrating empathy and understanding while assessing patient needs.
• Conducting rigorous risk assessments to ensure patient safety.

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Active registration with the NMC as a Mental Health Nurse.
• Proven experience in community care settings.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Versatility to work both independently and collaboratively.
• A commitment to delivering excellence in patient care.
