Position: Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)
Location: Worcester
Team: Community Mental Health Team (CMHT)
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Rate: £25 per hour
Hunter Mental Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join a dynamic Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) based in Worcester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CPN looking to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the benefits of a locum role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and care planning.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions and coordinate care for individuals with complex mental health needs.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and well-being.
- Engage with patients, their families, and other stakeholders to provide holistic and person-centered care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
Requirements:
- NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
- Previous experience working as a Band 6 CPN within a CMHT.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
