• Job Title: Band 6 CPN Primary Care CMHT
• Location: East Sussex
• Duration: 3 months
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Start Date: Asap 2 weeks
• Rate of pay: £23 - £25

A Day in the Life of a Registered Mental Health Nurse:

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you'll be instrumental in delivering essential NHS community mental health services. Your role will involve:

• Conducting in-depth assessments of patients' mental health to gauge their specific needs.
• Administering medications and carefully tracking their effects to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Providing therapeutic interventions, including counseling and behavioral therapies, to foster mental health and recovery.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to design and execute personalized care plans.
• Offering emotional support and guidance to patients and their families to promote mental wellness and healing.

Requirements and qualifications needed for this role:

• Current and valid registration with the NMC.
• Proven experience within a community recovery role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
• Past experience in CMHT.

Working hours and contract duration:

This position will require you to work from Monday to Friday, but hours can be flexible. This Contract is for 3 months.
