Hunter Gatherer are looking for an experienced Health Care Assistant start ASAP in an outstanding Hospital ward in Halstead, Essex

You Will:

• acaLook after patients of adult ages who need extra support with getting back to their baseline mobility before going home.
• Rehabilitate patients by encouraging mobility and independence through all activities of daily living.
• Ensure all care is provided in accordance with company policies.
• Build professional relationships with patients and colleagues.
