Hunter Mental Health have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner (RMN) to join a Community Mental Health team.

Main Duties:

• Provide a mental health service to adults of working age who experience moderate to severe mental health problems in the community.
• Undertake care coordinator role.
• Prepare, record and complete relevant documents and reports to a professional standard.
• Computer literacy.
• Knowledge of severe and enduring mental health problems, including personality disorder.
• Extensive knowledge of mental health and social care, including legislation.

The working hours are a 37.5hrs. Monday - Friday, 08:45 - 16:45.
